What's Actually Included in a Professional Regular Clean?

"Regular clean" means different things at different companies, which is why so many customers are surprised by what is — and isn't — done on the day. Transparency matters: you should know exactly what you are booking before anyone picks up a cloth.
What a regular clean covers
Our regular clean is the maintenance work that keeps a home fresh week to week: vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces and skirting boards, cleaning the bathrooms thoroughly (toilet, basin, bath, shower, and mirror), and the kitchen — wiping worktops, the outside of appliances, the hob, and the sink. We also tidy as we go and empty the bins.
What it doesn't
A regular clean is not a deep clean. It does not include the inside of the oven, the inside of cupboards or the fridge, descaling of showerheads, or heavy limescale removal. Those belong to a deep clean, which most customers book quarterly on top of their regular schedule.
How long it takes
That depends on the size of the property and how many cleaners attend. We quote upfront by property size so there are no surprises, and our team works to a checklist you can see.
The best pattern
The customers with the consistently freshest homes book a deep clean first, then a regular clean on a weekly or fortnightly cycle. The deep clean sets the standard; the regular clean maintains it. Start with a one-off clean and see the difference — most of our regulars did.
