What to expect

Before we arrive
Please empty the property as much as possible — we need clear access to the oven, fridge, cupboards, wardrobes and windows. Hand over keys or let us know where to collect them.
- Step 2
On the day
One or two cleaners work through our full move-out checklist — oven, fridge, cupboards, wardrobes, interior windows, skirting boards and a final property check — so the place is ready for handback.
- Step 3
After the clean
The property is handed back to a letting-agent standard — oven, fridge, cupboards, windows and skirting all done, with a final check complete. Ready for your move-out inspection.
