A proper deep clean of your dishwasher — the filter, both spray arms, the door seal and the whole cavity — to strip away the grease, limescale and trapped food that cause spots on your glasses and that damp, musty smell. We descale the interior and clear the spray-arm jets so the water reaches every rack again, then wipe down the door and controls. It's the reset your machine needs to clean properly, run quietly and last longer — ideal if your dishes are coming out gritty, the machine's gone whiffy, or it's just been a while.
What to expect
- Step 1
Before we arrive
No prep needed — just leave it empty and we'll bring the descaler and everything else.
- Step 2
On the day
Around 10–15 minutes. We remove and rinse the filter, clear both spray-arm jets, wipe the door seal and cavity, then descale the interior.
- Step 3
After
Run it empty on a hot cycle to flush the last of the descaler through, then it's fresh, odour-free and ready to go.
